In order to standardize the filing of tax documents, understand the key points of document verification, and refine the work. On August 24th, Ye Jinhua, an internal trainer from the Tax Management Department, conducted a special training on "Document Filing". This training adopted an online and offline collaborative learning approach, with active participation from colleagues from various workplaces.

    Ye Jinhua explained in detail the policies and regulations for document filing, the key points of tax authority inspection, the required information, and the changes in new and old documents. During the training interval, colleagues from various departments will communicate with each other on potential problems encountered in practical operations and share their own solutions.

    Subsequently, Ye Jinhua summarized the typical problem document examples and the consequences of not filing documents according to regulations again, requiring all business personnel to communicate and report on the problems encountered in practical operations in a timely manner.

    Through this training, we have deepened our understanding of policies related to document filing, provided a rare learning opportunity for colleagues from various departments, and effectively promoted the work related to document filing.
